That’s A Wrap On The 2016 Rafting Season

We have just closed our books on the 2016 rafting season and boy was it a fun summer! We wanted to give a huge shout out to our large groups that came through this summer and all of the families and friends that rallied their troops to experience the wonders of Colorado by raft with us! It was truly a great experience being able to share our favorite summer activity with everyone while cruising through the amazing Colorado landscape.

Huge shout out to many of our returning and senior staff guides for the fun times down the river and to our amazing GSR staff for making sure our guests find the whitewater adventure that is perfect for them. Congrats to our rookies for a great first season with us and we hope to see you all again next summer!

As everyone on our outposts have moved on to their fall/winter jobs or back to school, we are reminiscing on all the fun had this summer and looking back through our pictures.

Here are a few of our favorite pictures from this summer:

Guests enjoy a fun splash down the Bighorn Sheep Canyon with AAE Guide, Drew.

AAE Assistant Head Boatman, Andrew Bowlin, showing his guests a fun time down the Numbers during high water season!

4th of July spent on the Arkansas River! What could be better? AAE Guide, Richie taking guests down the Royal Gorge during high water season!

A quick jumping photo to get all of the nervous energy out before rafting down the Royal Gorge with AAE Assistant Head Boatman, Curtis.

AAE Guide Lia having fun down Browns Canyon and cooling off her guests with a huge wave! Yeehaw!

Weekly water fights with the Keystone Science School Summer Camp kids!

We’ll be back at it again next summer beginning May 1st! Stay tuned to our newsletters and Facebook for info and ways you can SAVE BIG on your next whitewater adventure!

Again, thanks for an amazing summer and we hope to see you out on the river next year!

Cheers,

American Adventure Expeditions
