Food & Beer Pairing With AAE

We got some exciting news at American Adventure Expeditions. The owners let us know that we we’re doing a food and beer pairing in a few days. I’m so excited for it. We’re doing it right here at our outpost. Elevation is providing the beer, consisting of their ‘8 Second Kolsch’, ‘Little Mo’ Porter’, and their ‘First Cast IPA’. Those beers will be paired with foods ranging from Local Cheeses and Charcuterie, Pork Belly, Brisket, Watercress Salad, to Mexican Chocolate Torte with Cilantro Syrup. I’ve been pushing this awesome deal on everyone I talk to. I think it’d be super cool to have people from the city join under our roof on the July 25th to check out the delicious food and beer.
