Great Guides Make Great Trips

I think my mindset towards rafting and especially just hospitality in general really changed. Today we got awarded an excellence “badge”, if you will, in Trip Advisor. It’s really awesome to know that all the hard work and late hours put in by our staff really does make a difference. The fact that people take time out of their day to give us excellent ratings makes me so proud to be a part of this place, especially coming from a person who’s never really been around the rafting industry. I don’t mean to brag by any means, but it is nice to know the hard work and sweat really does pay off in the end.

Highlight of my day: Today I met this women who went Colorado whitewater rafting with us; I wish I would have gotten her name. She was the type of customer who makes us love our job even more than we already do. They had a little bump in road during their trip but we’re so grateful and enjoyed their trip so much they came in and personally thanked us and left us with some really kind words about one of our guides. Just goes to show great Colorado rafting guides make for great trips. When customers leave with a smile on their faces, we know we’ve done well for the day!
